O-BEK®: Healthy Crops Improving Nature

Usage Instruction

There are four methods in using O-BEK® fertilizer. Following are methods of using O-BEK® and amount of fertilizer required:-

1. Side/circle Dressing

Plants / trees above 3 years old such as palm oil, rubber, cocoa, sentang, teak, herbs, coffee, fruit orchards (durian, mango, dukong, limes, etc.) use 30gm - 40gm per tree.

Plants / trees below 3 years old use 10gm - 20gm per tree.


Frequency:

  1. First 2 - 3 months (1 time) strewn the fertilizer near the base of the tree / plant.
  2. Next 2 - 3 months (1 time) strewn the fertilizer around 3 feet from the base of the tree / plant.
  3. Subsequent month, once for every 2-3 months strewn around the end of the canopy (leaf tip).

Short term crops such as vegetables, corn, flowers and landscapes, grass / turf, and others use 10gm - 20gm per tree.

2. Foliar

  1. Plants / trees below 3 years old used 200 gm or for Plants / trees above 3 years old used 400 gm combined with 18 liter of water and sprayed on leaves for lower plants / trees. For higher plants sprayed only on the surrounding stem for about 2 feet from the base.
    Frequency: once for every 2 - 3 months.
  2. Short term crops such as paddy, vegetables, corn, flowers and landscapes, grass / turf and other use 200gm-400gm mixed with 18 liters of water and sprayed on the whole plant.
    Frequency: once for every 10 - 30 days.

* Also can be mixed with BASAL 2000® fertilizer and TD® fertilizer for better effect.

3. Fertigation

Mixed in a water tank and distributed directly to the plants / trees by spraying or splashing of water with a rate about 2-4 gm per day per tree or plant. (Use 200 gm - 400 gm mixed with 18 liters of water).

4. Drenching

Suitable for the plant / tree in the slope or hillside. The doses and frequencies of fertilization are the same as side / circle dressing method.
